Ops Intelligence

Your project command center. See what changed, what's at risk, what needs a decision, and who owns each problem — all in one place.

What is Ops Intelligence?

Ops Intelligence is a real-time project dashboard that combines Microsoft Teams chats and Outlook emails into unified project cards. The AI reads your conversations and extracts operational intelligence: action items, material status, shipments, risk levels, decisions, dependencies, and more.

It answers six questions instantly:

  1. What changed? — See new items since your last visit
  2. What is at risk? — Threat assessment with multi-category risk matrix
  3. What needs a decision? — Items requiring your judgment
  4. What threatens the date? — Critical path items
  5. Who owns the fix? — Ownership clarity, unowned items highlighted
  6. What's the financial exposure? — Price increases, unpriced scope, cost risks

Two Views

Ops Intelligence uses progressive disclosure — scan your portfolio quickly, then drill into any project for full detail.

  • Portfolio View — Compact triage cards for all active projects. Sort by risk level, last activity, days to install, or project name. Quickly see which projects need attention.
  • Project Command View — Click Open on any card to see the full project dossier on a dedicated page. Bookmarkable URL — share or revisit anytime.
  • AVIP Assistant — Available on both views. On the Command View, AVIP Assistant automatically knows which project you're working on.

Portfolio Cards

Each compact card shows just enough to triage:

  • Header — Project name, completion progress bar, risk badge (ON TRACK / AT RISK / CRITICAL), days to install, and last update time
  • Threat summary — One-line explanation when a project is at risk or critical
  • Exception pills — Counts of decisions needed, blocked dependencies, unowned items, scope changes, and financial risk
  • Top 3 actions — AI-recommended next moves
  • Source footer — Email count, Teams count, confidence percentage, and Open button

Project Command View

The full dossier, organized into collapsible section groups:

Command Summary (open by default)

Threat assessment, decisions required, critical path items, and AI-recommended next moves. Everything you need for a 30-second briefing.

Operational Status (open by default)

Risk matrix (5-category grid: Scope, Material, Schedule, Site, Financial), project lifecycle gauge (33 phases across 5 groups), and health strip with expandable detail tables for Materials, Shipping, Scope, and Install.

Execution Control (collapsed by default)

Full execution queue with status cycling (Open → In Progress → Completed), dependencies, and what changed since your last visit. Expand when you need to work through tasks.

Commercial / Client (collapsed by default)

Financial exposure (price increases, unpriced scope, cost risks), client communication needed, and decision log tracking what was decided, by whom, and when.

Evidence (collapsed by default)

Signal feed (recent emails with expandable previews), confirmed facts vs unknowns, and source counts with confidence percentage.

Exception Filter

Click the funnel icon in the Command View header to enter exception mode. This hides routine information and shows only: blockers, unowned items, critical path, financial exposure, and decisions required. Click again to return to full view.

Linking Teams Chats

To get ops intelligence from Teams:

  1. Open AVIP Assistant and say "list my Teams chats"
  2. Say "link that chat to project [name]"
  3. Hit the refresh button to sync — the AI reads recent messages and extracts all operational data

The system also auto-suggests links when Teams chat names match your project names.

Linking Emails

Emails are automatically matched to projects by AI. If the classifier misses one, tell AVIP Assistant: "link that email to project [name]". You can also relink emails that were assigned to the wrong project: "move that email to project [name]".

Syncing

Click the refresh icon to sync both emails and Teams chats immediately. The system also syncs automatically every 60 minutes while you're logged in. Sync only runs when you have the page open — no background processing when you're offline.

Requirements

  • Microsoft 365 account connected with Email + Teams permissions (see Settings)
  • At least one active (In Progress) project
  • AI credits for analysis and extraction
