Bundles & Dividers

Bundles let you save equipment combinations for reuse. Dividers help organize equipment within rooms.

What are Bundles?

A bundle is a saved collection of products (with quantities and settings) that you can apply to any room. Use cases:

• Standard Configurations - "Basic Huddle Room", "Executive Conference Room"
• Product Kits - Commonly paired equipment
• Starter Templates - Quick room population

Creating Bundles

1. In Project Details, select products using checkboxes
2. Right-click to open the context menu
3. Click Add to New Bundle
4. Enter a bundle name and description
5. Click Create Bundle

The bundle saves: products, quantities, labor hours, programming hours, configuration hours, and notes.

Using Bundles

1. In a room's search box, type to find bundles
2. Bundles appear with a cube icon
3. Select a bundle to add all its items to the room
4. Items are inserted in the bundle's saved order

Managing Bundles

Right-click and select Manage Bundles to:

• View all your bundles
• Edit bundle names and descriptions
• Update bundle contents with selected items
• Delete bundles

Dividers

Dividers are visual separators within a room's equipment list:

• Use to organize equipment into logical sections
• Add titles like "Audio", "Video", "Control"
• Dividers appear in exports and reports
• Can be included in bundles
