What are Credits?
Credits power the AI features throughout AVStackr. Buy credits once and spend them across every AI-powered tool - no API keys or technical setup required.
What Credit Usage Means
Every credit you spend is manual work your team didn't do by hand - a schematic drawn, an estimate assembled, a summary written. When your credit usage goes up, it doesn't mean costs are getting away from you. It means more of your projects are running through AVStackr instead of through hours of manual entry. A high-usage month is a high-throughput month.
Credits are prepaid, never metered. The pack you buy is the most you can spend - nothing runs without credits available, so spend can never get away from you.
Purchasing Credits
- Click the coin icon in the top navigation bar
- Select a credit package
- Complete the secure checkout
- Credits are added to your account immediately
Purchased credits expire 30 days after purchase. Each purchase starts its own 30-day timer.

The AI calling and email tools also draw credits as you use them. Your live balance is always shown next to the coin icon.
Checking Your Balance
Your current credit balance is displayed in the top navigation bar next to the coin icon. You'll receive a warning when your balance is running low.
