Manage your organization profile and team members.

Organization Profile

Your organization (tenant) profile includes:

• Company Name - Appears on exports and reports
• Company Logo - Used in report headers
• Address - Company address for documents
• Contact Information - Phone, email, website
• Tax ID - For business documents

Uploading a Logo

1. Go to organization settings
2. Click Upload Logo
3. Select an image file (PNG, JPG recommended)
4. Logo appears on purchase orders and reports

Team Management

Invite team members to collaborate:

1. Navigate to team settings
2. Click Invite Member
3. Enter email address
4. User receives an invitation email
5. Once accepted, they can access your organization's data

Data Isolation

Each organization has completely isolated data:

• Products are private to your organization
• Projects are not shared between organizations
• Credits and billing are organization-specific
• Vendor configurations are private
