Sales Calling

Call prospects straight from the browser — dial from the Calls page, get live AI coaching while you talk, and review the transcript, summary, and outcome afterward.

Making a Call

  1. Open the Calls page.
  2. Enter the phone number in the dialer on the left — type it into the field or use the keypad.
  3. Pick a call type from the dropdown under the number field. The call type decides which checklist and coaching style the AI coach uses on this call; your default call type is pre-selected.
  4. Click Call.

While the call is live, the main area becomes the call cockpit: a running transcript on one side and the AI Coach on the other, with your call type's checklist ticking off as topics get covered and a SAY THIS suggestion whenever the coach has a line worth using. If the call type has a script, a script teleprompter appears between them and ticks off beats as you say them. When the call ends, the cockpit switches to a wrap-up showing the summary, contact details, next steps, and outcome.

Recent Calls

The Recent list under the dialer shows your latest calls with when each happened. Click an entry to put that number back in the dialer for a quick redial. Once the list grows past a handful of entries, it scrolls in place.

Call History

To the right of the dialer, the main table lists every call with when it happened, the contact and number, duration, checklist coverage, outcome, next steps, and a link to the lead if one is connected. Click any row to open the full call detail, including the transcript and summary.

Narrow the list with the filters above the table: an outcome dropdown, a date range, and a search box that matches name, company, or number. The header shows running totals for the filtered set — calls, hours, and credits used.

Deleting a Call Log

Hover over a row in the call history and click the trash icon at the end of the row. You'll be asked to confirm: the transcript and summary are removed permanently, but a lead created from the call is kept.

The Playbook

The Playbook button above the call history opens your Sales Playbook — the call types, checklists, and coaching prompt that steer the AI coach. Edit them there to change what the coach listens for and how it advises.

Coach a teammate live

A trainer can join a rep on a private voice line, listen in on their live calls, and whisper advice only the rep hears — see Team Coaching.
